Shake the bottle well to blend the oil-phase and water-phase.
Saturate a cotton pad with the remover.
Press the cotton pad onto closed eyelids or lips for a few seconds to allow makeup to dissolve.
Gently swipe to remove makeup. Repeat if needed for stubborn or waterproof products.
Rinse off with lukewarm water or follow with your regular facial cleanser if doing a double cleanse.
